The “Plant Science Research” (formerly“Journal of Orissa Botanical Society”), the official journal of the Orissa Botanical Society, is a peer-reviewed scientific journal publishing research articles in the field of botany, biodiversity, plant biotechnology and other aspects of plant sciences. The journal publishes original articles, reviews and brief communications detailing significant research contributions to plant science.
Since its launch in 1980, the Journal is being published regularly with articles contributed by eminent scientists and researchers from different parts of the country and abroad and till the year 2018, 40 volumes of “Plant Science Research” have been brought out. The journal has scored a NAAS rating (Scientific journals) of 3.63 as on 1st January, 2018.
